My Background

After university, I began my career in advertising as a designer, but I soon discovered my true strength was in producing. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with agencies across Los Angeles, Austin, and Melbourne, contributing to projects ranging from Super Bowl campaigns to app development. The fast-paced world of advertising sharpened my creative instincts, strengthened my leadership skills, and taught me how to bring ambitious ideas to life.

It was during my time in Los Angeles that my passion for documentary filmmaking truly took hold. Living on an intern’s budget, I spent my weekends immersed in documentaries on Netflix, captivated by their power to illuminate untold stories and spark meaningful dialogue. Now a decade later, I’ve chosen to step away from advertising to focus on creating documentary films that inspire positive social change and amplify underrepresented voices.

I’m driven by a deep belief in the power of storytelling to foster empathy, challenge perspectives, and create impact. My work is guided by a commitment to telling meaningful stories—particularly those that elevate communities and individuals who may not otherwise have a platform.
